Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and handle Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Weibo, and other relevant platforms.

  2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content targeted toward the Chinese audience.

  3. Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and customer inquiries.

  4. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.

  5. Stay updated with Chinese social media trends, influencers, and digital marketing strategies.

  6. Support translation of marketing materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa.

  7. Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

  8. Build relationships with Chinese influencers/KOLs for collaborations and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Chinese nationality or native Mandarin speaker preferred.

  2. Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and digital trends.

  3. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

  4. Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

  5. Basic knowledge of content creation, Canva, or social media tools is an advantage.

  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
