Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary We’re looking for a driven sales professional to grow our chocolate business across B2B channels. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with cafés, hotels, restaurants, bakeries, corporates, and distributors. The person will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and ensuring smooth after-sales service. They will also support additional sales verticals within the company whenever needed, contributing to overall revenue growth. Job Description – Chocolate Sales Executive (B2B & General Sales) Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B accounts: HORECA, corporate gifting clients, supermarkets, cafés, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into consistent revenue streams. Present product samples, explain product range, and recommend the right SKUs based on customer needs. Conduct regular client visits, follow up on leads, and offer after-sales support to ensure repeat business. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules. Achieve monthly sales targets and support business expansion strategies. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for order processing and timely delivery. Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to help improve products and sales plans. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Represent the brand at trade shows, sampling events, and other promotional activities. Support other sales categories as required by the company (cross-selling and upselling).

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in B2B sales, preferably within chocolate, confectionery, FMCG, or HORECA. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. UAE market knowledge is an advantage. Valid driving license is a plus. Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
