Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Develops and implements product strategies aligned with the bank's overall objectives in Corporate and Investment Banking, ensuring competitive positioning within the market.

2. Conducts thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product development.

3. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to build comprehensive product offerings that address client needs and drive profitability.

4. Defines product specifications and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition and setting measurable success criteria.

5. Manages the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

6. Analyzes product performance post-launch, utilizing data and client feedback to recommend enhancements or modifications.

7. Proposes innovative solutions and improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

8. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and address any concerns during product development.

9. Stays updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the bank remains competitive.

10. Provides training and support to sales and customer service teams regarding new products and services.

Skills and Competencies:

• Master s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of (5) years of experience in product development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Extensive knowledge of CIB products and services.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across functions.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Problem-solving orientation with a focus on client needs.
