Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Education: University Degree in Business or related field from a recognized university.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years of experience.
Good command of English and target market language.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.
Basic understanding of banking products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Assisting Relationship Managers in managing their queue and expediting the funding of contracts.
- Shadowing RMs on Sales/Client Calls
- Answer Customers queries in addition to receiving mails, requests, etc. and coordinate with related parties to ensure that the requirements are met
- Assist in updating CIB customer profiles
- Assist the unit RMs and ARMs with preparing periodic evaluation reports for customers portfolio and analytics as requested
- Assist in updating the unit logs and data bases as requested
- Assist in providing required data for financial plans based on client's risk profiles
- Update RMs and ARMs with complaints status
- Update the schedules for meeting with clients
- Attend meeting as requested and take the minutes
- Perform supporting tasks requested by the unit RMs/ARMs
