CIB-Sr. Product Specialist

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

• Manage the development of the Corporate and Institutional Banking/Transaction Banking products, service offering and channels requirements as per market, client and regulatory requirements.
• Manage requirements identification of corporate products and amending/modifying existing products as per market, client, regulatory requirements.
• Manage the production of necessary wireframes, feature epics and user stories that can also provide guidance to the technical teams.
• Responsible for product delivery, working cross-functionally with technical, design, operations teams to bring about needed product enhancements.
• involve in the user acceptance testing of new solutions, services and products
• Manage post implementation production reviews, providing necessary support, releases management and maintenance.
• Tracking and monitoring actively to increase acquisition, adoption and product growth.
• Troubleshooting and provide insights to solve problems.
• Provide market research and competition for different product categories, proposing new features/ products and/or recommending enhancements.
• Assist in CIB process transformation, standardizing CIB processes across countries.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, on-line and print and arrange for marketing campaign where relevant.

Job Requirements:

Education :

• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT or a related field.

Experience/u> :

• Up to 4 years of experience in product or market development, IT or operations (must in product support/development positions) with international banks or relevant banking experience.
• Experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Solutions is a plus.

Competencies:

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven Product Development Lifecycle skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven understanding/knowledge of all banking products and services, background in IT is a plus.
• Corporate banking knowledge including cash management, liquidity and trade finance is a plus.
• Proficient user of MS office tools.
• Ability to source information easily to help build a thesis around companies/industries/ competition.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter who thrives on high levels of personal responsibility and is able to execute and deliver.
