Qualifications and Experience

  • Mandatory:
    • Valid CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (UK or equivalent approved by Aramco/SATORP/SABIC).
    • Scaffold Inspector certification (CITB, TUV, Aramco-approved, or equivalent).
    • Minimum 7 to 10 years of scaffolding experience, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role in oil & gas / petrochemical / refinery projects.
    • Proven knowledge of Aramco scaffold standards, British Standards (BS EN 12811, BS 5973), and OSHA requirements.
  • Preferred:
    • Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Certified Work-at-Height and Permit Receiver training.
    • Experience in major shutdowns, turnarounds, or brownfield maintenance projects.
    • Prior experience with Saudi Aramco / SABIC / SATORP projects highly desirable.
