Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Citizen Contact Center Agent
- To receive and process requests for information and complaints from citizens and/or businesses
- Create and manage tickets on the technical request tracking platform
- Follow up on tickets until they are resolved
- Escalate complex incidents or requests to the appropriate teams.
- Ensuring quality of service and adherence to processing deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years of post-secondary education in Computer Science, Management, Communication or equivalent
- Good ability to assimilate and learn quickly
- My proficiency with office software and ticketing platforms is a plus
- A strong sense of citizen/customer relations, rigor, and team spirit.
- Availability for after-hours work if necessary
