Roles & Responsibilities

  • Citizen Contact Center Supervisor

  • Supervise and coordinate the team of agents
  • Oversee ticket management and ensure service quality
  • Ensure operational reporting and liaison with technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and SLAs

  • Experience in operational supervision and monitoring
