Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process requests for information and complaints from citizens and/or businesses
  • Create and manage tickets on the technical platform for monitoring requests
  • Follow up on tickets until their resolution
  • Escalate complex incidents or requests to the competent teams
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with processing deadlines

  • Minimum Bac +2 in IT, Management, Communication or equivalent
  • Good ability to assimilate and learn quickly
  • Mastery of office tools and ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Sense of citizen/client relations, rigor and team spirit
  • Availability for night work if necessary
