Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests for information and complaints from citizens and/or businesses
- Create and manage tickets on the technical platform for monitoring requests
- Follow up on tickets until their resolution
- Escalate complex incidents or requests to the competent teams
- Ensure service quality and compliance with processing deadlines
- Minimum Bac +2 in IT, Management, Communication or equivalent
- Good ability to assimilate and learn quickly
- Mastery of office tools and ticketing platforms is a plus
- Sense of citizen/client relations, rigor and team spirit
- Availability for night work if necessary
Desired Candidate Profile

Good ability to assimilate and learn quickly
My proficiency with office software and ticketing platforms is a plus
A strong sense of citizen/customer relations, rigor, and team spirit.
Availability for after-hours work if necessary
