Roles & Responsibilities

The Job Description

  • Manage Citrix Environment: Administer Virtual Apps,Desktops, Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and related components.
  • Application & User Management: Publish applications, manage profiles (FSLogix/UPM), and optimize printing policies.
  • Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, resolve latency and logon issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain secure configurations, apply patches, enforce MFA, and align with security standards.
  • Capacity & Lifecycle: Plan upgrades, manage images (MCS/PVS), and optimize resource utilization.
  • Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work with stakeholders, follow ITIL processes, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base.
  • End-User Experience: Improve logon times, session stability, and overall HDX performance.
