Location: Dammam, Hufuf, Makkah & Madinah

As a City BTL & Field Marketing Lead, you ll be the on-ground face of Noon Supermall, driving visibility, app installs, and order growth in your assigned city.

You ll plan and lead BTL marketing campaigns, manage promoters and vendors, and execute local activations from malls and universities to neighborhood stores.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute all BTL marketing campaigns within your city.
Manage on-ground promoters and set KPIs for downloads and conversions.
Identify high-footfall areas for activations and community engagement.
Build partnerships with local stores, universities, and affiliates.
Track performance metrics and report weekly dashboards with ROI data.

What We re Looking For
3 6 years experience in field marketing, retail operations, or city growth.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience managing field teams or promoters.
Energetic, approachable, and results-driven with a deep understanding of your local market.
