Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The city fleet supervisor's main role will be to manage the Yassir partner fleet (motorcycle drivers and delivery men) to ensure quality of service to Yassir's customers and will intervene with partners to follow up on receivables.
Tasks:
  • Facilitate training sessions for partner drivers and drivers.
  • Design the work schedule according to internal requirements and partner availability.
  • Take the necessary actions in the event of partner unavailability in order to ensure continuity of service.
  • Regularly monitor the amounts of partner commissions and ensure their periodic collection.
  • Establish and maintain a table to track amounts collected and due.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and report any relevant information to your superiors and take the necessary actions as needed.
Required Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Degree in management or logistics with initial field experience (VTC, delivery or transport).

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel for tracking figures and ease with mobile management applications.

  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication for training and diplomatic firmness for debt recovery.

  • Field profile: Highly responsive, organized, and fully mobile in the field
