City OS Product Manager Starlink WLL

The City OS Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the City Operating System (City OS) product that enables integration, data exchange, and digital services across the smart city ecosystem. The role ensures the platform delivers business value, scalability, interoperability, and user adoption, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the City OS product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.

• Align product strategy with smart city and organizational objectives.

• Identify new capabilities, integrations, and service opportunities.

• Conduct market and technology research.

Product Planning & Roadmap

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.

• Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility.

• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams.

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management

• Engage with government entities, operators, and partners.

• Gather user and stakeholder requirements and feedback.

• Coordinate with vendors and technology providers.

• Support adoption and onboarding of platform users.

Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Oversee testing, release planning, and deployment readiness.

• Monitor product performance and user adoption.

• Drive continuous product improvement.

Performance & Value Tracking

• Define product KPIs and success metrics.

• Monitor usage, benefits realization, and ROI.

• Provide product performance reports and insights.
