Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for roads, drainage, and hydrology systems.
Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure model accuracy.
Prepare construction drawings, cross-sections, and visualizations based on BIM models.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain data accuracy across all drawings.
Assist in clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and model coordination using relevant BIM tools.
Generate precise 2D shop drawings as required for project documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a BIM Modeler focusing on roads, hydrology, or drainage projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant BIM applications.
Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
