Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Civil or Architectural Engineer to join our consulting office, specialized in real estate and property valuation, and to prepare professional valuation reports in compliance with regulatory and banking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuation of land, buildings, and real estate assets
Conducting site inspections and property surveys
Preparing approved real estate valuation reports
Applying International Valuation Standards (IVS)
Preparing reports for banks and official authorities
Ensuring compliance with FRA and Central Bank requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications brBachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Registered with the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and qualified for registration with the Central Bank.
- Proven experience in real estate valuation.
- Strong skills in reporting and financial analysis.
- High accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with banks
Knowledge of local real estate valuation regulations
Strong communication skills
