Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead technical operations in the building and infrastructure market for engineering control and inspection services. Drive compliance, quality assurance, and business growth by leveraging market trends, regulations, and pricing dynamics in sectors like construction, transportation, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical and commercial offers: tailor proposals with regulatory-compliant specs, competitive pricing based on market rates, and cost-benefit analysis

  • Carry out technical inspections of structural integrity and inherent defects on buildings and construction sites.

  • Identify, characterize and evaluate defects (cracks, settlements, corrosion, etc.).

  • Oversee structural inspections, testing, and compliance for buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure, ensuring adherence to local & international construction standards.

  • Manage projects end-to-end: planning, budgeting, team coordination, on-site supervision, and risk management in critical infrastructure sectors.

  • Assess safety, compliance and propose corrective measures.

  • Perform site surveys, measurements, documentation and issue official reports.

  • Verify conformity with Moroccan, European and international standards.

  • Coordinate closely with the central team to align local operations with group standards, share best practices, harmonize methodologies, and ensure consistent quality and reporting.

  • Analyze market trends, including sustainable building practices, BIM integration, and infrastructure resilience to climate change; identify opportunities and risks.

  • Support business development: build client relationships, monitor competitors, and contribute to strategic objectives for market expansion.

  • Ensure QSHE compliance, mentor teams on best practices, documentation, and process improvements.



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements

  • State-Civil Engineer is mandatory.

  • 5+ years in building and infrastructure inspection, with expertise in structural integrity, materials testing, and project delivery.

  • Deep knowledge of building & infrastructure market: regulations, pricing, trends like green infrastructure and digital tools.

  • Strong skills in project management, commercial bidding, and technical reporting.

  • Bachelor’s in civil engineering; certifications (e.g., PE, BIM) preferred.
