Civil engineer: Coordinator Engineer Almoosa Specialist Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Daily site follow up with contractors reference to project schedule.

Ensure that work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Site coordination between the contractors /if required.

Oversee site preparation, foundation works, cable trenches, equipment foundations, control building construction, and other related civil works.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.

Review and approve civil drawings and finishing shop drawings, with required coordination between different trades.

Provide technical guidance and resolve civil-related issues at the site.

Conduct inspections and ensure proper documentation for project handover.

Manage Client subcontractors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, Safe, and project management tools.

Familiarity with safety and quality management systems.

Willingness to work on multiple locations across the kingdom of saudi arabia.
