Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and supervise all civil maintenance activities within facilities.

  2. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, and infrastructure.

  3. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance works.

  4. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  5. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  6. Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules.

  7. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.

  8. Handle emergency maintenance issues and provide timely solutions.

  9. Support renovation, fit-out, and refurbishment projects when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  2. 5–7 years of relevant experience in Facility Management.

  3. Mandatory UAE experience in a similar role.

  4. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and FM operations.

  5. Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and authority approvals.

  6. Good communication and coordination skills.

  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
