Civil Engineer – Fit‑Out Industry Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in interior and fit‑out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and high‑quality delivery of all civil and fit‑out works. This role requires excellent site management skills, in‑depth technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple fast‑track projects simultaneously. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Manage and oversee the execution of civil and fit‑out works from project initiation to completion.

2. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper coordination and compliance.

3. Prepare work schedules, method statements, and material submittals.

4. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality, specifications, and safety standards.

5. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progress.

6. Monitor and report daily site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure project deadlines are met.

7. Conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs, verify materials, and ensure proper installation of all civil and fit‑out elements.

8. Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, municipality guidelines, and safety requirements.
