Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in measurement and estimation of quantities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Support in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and tender documentation.
  • Help in evaluating contractor and supplier quotations under the guidance of senior quantity surveyors.
  • Participate in cost monitoring, project budgeting, and progress reporting.
  • Assist in site measurements and verification of completed works for payment certificates.
  • Maintain and update project cost records and documentation.
  • Learn and apply UAE standards, contract conditions (FIDIC), and company cost control procedures.
  • Coordinate with the project team, procurement, and engineering departments for accurate data collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience in a similar field.
  • Nationality: Emirati (UAE Passport Holder).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills:
    Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
    Understanding of measurement principles and BOQ preparation.
