Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimations for civil engineering projects, considering all aspects from materials to labor, ensuring project feasibility and profitability.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed cost breakdowns and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify project scope, and ensure alignment on cost-related matters.
  • Conduct thorough material and labor cost research, staying updated on market trends and supplier pricing to provide competitive and realistic estimates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on estimation, demonstrating practical application of knowledge.
  • Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and specific cost estimation tools, ensuring efficient and accurate project costing.
  • Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for various civil engineering projects, showcasing the ability to analyze and interpret project documentation.
