Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and finalize project schedules with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Develop and adjust work plans for the planning department according to project requirements.
- Oversee daily on-site activities and ensure full adherence to the approved schedule.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks across all phases.
- Assist in managing industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and execution teams.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports covering performance, risks, and corrective actions.
- Participate in reviewing project deliverables and estimating costs.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.
- Support procurement and selection of materials, equipment, and tools, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical specifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 4 years of experience in industrial construction, gas stations, or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel structures, including design, fabrication, and installation.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software such as:br>Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, Tekla Structures.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy in planning and calculations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Preference for candidates with industrial project experience.
- Preferably from Alexandria residents
