Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
Prepare and submit proposals and tenders
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project execution
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
Provide regular project and management reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience in fit-out or civil maintenance works
Valid UAE driving license
Strong communication and coordination skills
