Civil Engineer TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: As a Civil Engineer based in Jeddah, you will design, plan and supervise civil and architectural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards and client requirements. Responsibilities: Develop detailed civil engineering and architectural plans, drawings and specifications using industry‐standard software Perform structural analysis, load calculations and material selection to ensure project safety and stability Conduct regular site inspections and oversee construction activities to verify adherence to design and quality standards Collaborate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project scope, schedules and deliverables Prepare cost estimates, budgets, material take‐offs and project schedules; monitor progress and control costs Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, environmental regulations and health & safety standards Produce technical reports, documentation and presentations for clients, stakeholders and regulatory bodies Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil and architectural engineering projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000 and other structural analysis/design software Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards and construction regulations Demonstrated experience in structural design, foundation engineering and site supervision Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineering (PE) license or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Experience with GIS, BIM software (Revit) and advanced modeling tools Fluency in Arabic and English for effective stakeholder communication
