Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the execution of civil and finishing works according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and periodic technical reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors and follow up on material approvals and shop drawings.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely execution of all phases.
- Provide technical solutions to site challenges and issues.
- Attend technical meetings and submit follow-up action reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in construction and site supervision.
- Strong experience in finishing works at all stages.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Solid knowledge of technical specifications and building codes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Applicants must be residents of Alexandria
