Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
- Review, interpret, and verify construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure execution of work adheres to approved plans, standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead site teams, allocate tasks, and monitor subcontractor performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Check material quality, quantity, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and assist in billing.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
5 years of proven experience in construction (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, and technical standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project/Primavera (advantage).
Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage teams and resolve site challenges independently.
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
