Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site civil works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure execution works are carried out as per the project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Coordinate with consultants and project management for inspections and approvals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in site execution for civil or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
