Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and infrastructure specialists, to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for water and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and project updates to management and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within water, MEP, or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Experience in preparing technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project demands
