• Assist in conducting site surveys for a range of structures, including but not limited to buildings, warehouses, and bridges.
• Contribute to the preparation of detailed survey reports that document the work completed on-site.
• Support the development of tender documents and evaluation reports for completed survey projects.
• Assist in overseeing contractor activities during repair / strengthening works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on documents related to supervision and project execution.
• Apply knowledge of concrete and soil properties, including laboratory testing and result analysis, to support survey and construction activities.
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate 2D and 3D drafts and designs as required for project documentation.
• Proven understanding of the fundamental properties of concrete and soil.
• Experience with laboratory tests related to concrete and soil, and the ability to analyze test results effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce detailed and accurate reports.
• Demonstrated experience in managing supervision of construction or repair works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering results in challenging project environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including both 2D and 3D drafting skills.
