Roles & Responsibilities
Managing multiple construction and development projects
Overseeing contractors, consultants, and site teams
Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards
Leading maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation works
Driving quality, timelines, and cost efficiency across projects
Desired Candidate Profile
9+ years of Civil Engineering experience in the UAE
Experience working with family offices / private business groups preferred
Strong background in real estate and construction management
Proven multi-site project management experience
Excellent leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
