About the Role:

MAAL Contracting LLC, a reputed villa construction company in Dubai, is hiring Civil Site Engineers with hands-on experience in UAE residential projects. This role involves on-site supervision and day-to-day coordination to ensure high-quality execution of villa works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities at villa construction sites
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and project supervisors
  • Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintain daily progress reports, material usage records, and checklists
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and site regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 2-6 years of UAE experience in villa or residential construction Strong site execution knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic documentation
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality rules and UAE standards
