Desired Candidate Profile
**Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of site operations and project coordination
Experience in roads and infrastructure works is highly preferred
Ability to supervise execution and manage site activities efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
UAE experience is preferred
