Role Summary: Responsible for supervision, execution, and monitoring of civil works ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority regulations in UAE construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Execute & manage civil activities: structure, finishing, infrastructure works.

Review construction drawings, RFI issuance & technical coordination with consultants.

Daily site progress monitoring, manpower & resource planning.

Conduct QA/QC checks & ensure compliance with standards and approved materials.

Coordinate with subcontractors, site inspectors & project managers.

Ensure HSE compliance & maintain documentation including DPR, MIR, WIR Support planning team in project scheduling, forecasting, and progress reporting

Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge in RCC, structural & finishing activities

Exposure to villa, high-rise, commercial or infrastructure projects

Software: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (added advantage) Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Must be willing to work in UAE:

Ready to relocate immediately / attend F2F in UAE if shortlisted

Strong interpersonal & client coordination skills.
