Core Duties

* Prepare letters and respond to technical reports as required
* Review design documents and project plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards
* Coordinate with external authorities such as MOPW, Dubai Municipality, developers, and project owners
* Prepare technical reports and statistical records from inspection campaigns for the maintenance department
* Monitor project schedules and programs, preparing progress reports for committees
* Participate in internal and external committees to support project planning and decision-making
* Collaborate with different sections and stakeholders during project design stages

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and project coordination practices
* Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to manage deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved
