Position Overview
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is hiring a Civil Engineer to support its Roads Department. The role involves preparing technical reports, reviewing project designs, coordinating with internal sections and external authorities, and contributing to project monitoring and committee work. The position requires a solid academic background in civil or related engineering fields, along with practical experience in project coordination and design review.

Core Duties
* Prepare letters and respond to technical reports as required
* Review design documents and project plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards
* Coordinate with external authorities such as MOPW, Dubai Municipality, developers, and project owners
* Prepare technical reports and statistical records from inspection campaigns for the maintenance department
* Monitor project schedules and programs, preparing progress reports for committees
* Participate in internal and external committees to support project planning and decision-making
* Collaborate with different sections and stakeholders during project design stages
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and project coordination practices
* Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to manage deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved
