Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Egypto Group s quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for various phases of construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Support the preparation of tender documents and participate in the evaluation of bids.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering from governmental university .
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the site's operation, Execution & construction work.
- Males only .
- Must possess managerial, leadership, and administrative skill coupled with a sense of orderliness.
- Must possess good and fascinating communication skills.
- Must be factual, accurate, and prompt in decision-making.
- Must be skilled at working under pressure while giving cogent attention to important things in the administration.
- Must be confident in making the decision. He/she must not be partial in decision making.
- Must be proactive and must be able to solve difficult problems within a given period of time.
