1. Site Execution Monitoring (Current & New Projects)

• Daily monitoring of contractors works in full compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensuring quality of execution and full conformity with contract conditions and specifications.
• Tracking physical progress against the approved schedule.
• Immediately reporting any technical observations or execution deviations.
• Following up on periodic maintenance works across all company sites.

2. Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinating with the consultant engineer and ensuring proper implementation of all engineering directives.
• Monitoring material deliveries and obtaining consultant approvals.
• Supervising site equipment and ensuring its readiness and proper utilization.

3. Reporting & Follow-up

• Preparing daily reports that include: Works completed during the day Labor force on site Equipment used Any obstacles or delays
• Preparing weekly reports covering: Percentage of completion Deviations from the planned schedule Consultant s remarks Required recommendations and corrective actions

4. Quality Management

• Ensuring all required quality tests are performed (concrete tests, soil tests, material approvals, etc.).
• Reviewing test certificates and results with the contractor and consultant.

5. Cost & Schedule Control

• Monitoring executed quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Coordinating with management regarding any potential claims or time extension requests.
• Continuously tracking the project timeline and issuing early warnings in case of delays.

6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensuring full compliance of all workers and contractors with site safety procedures.
• Immediately reporting any hazards, incidents, or injuries on site.
