Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements at all stages of work.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Assist in quantity surveying and preparing cost estimates when required.
  • Follow up on project schedules to ensure work progress is on track
  • Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or facility projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile
