Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


    • Project Execution

      • Supervise and manage all site fit-out activities (joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, MEP coordination).

      • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

    • Coordination

      • Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

      • Resolve site issues and technical conflicts between different trades.

    • Planning & Scheduling

      • Prepare work programs and monitor progress against timelines.

      • Ensure timely completion of activities and highlight delays.

    • Material & Procurement

      • Review material submittals and shop drawings.

      • Coordinate procurement and ensure materials meet project specifications.

    • Quality Control

      • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.

      • Rectify defects and ensure high-end finishing quality.

    • Cost Control

      • Monitor project costs and assist in variation orders.

      • Evaluate subcontractor work and progress payments.

    • Health & Safety

      • Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site.

      • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices.

    • Reporting

      • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

      • Update management on project status, risks, and issues.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

    • 3–8+ years experience in interior fit-out projects.

    • Strong knowledge of:

      • Joinery works

      • Gypsum & ceiling systems

      • Finishing materials

      • MEP coordination

    • Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.

    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
