Design and review civil engineering plans and layouts for electrical substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Coordinate with electrical and structural engineering teams to integrate civil works seamlessly into overall substation projects.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical reports, and documentation for substation civil works.

Oversee site investigations, soil testing, and geotechnical assessments to inform foundation and structural designs.

Supervise on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in civil works, monitoring progress and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for civil engineering tasks.

Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical support and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on substation projects.
• Proven experience in designing and executing civil works for electrical substations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to substation civil engineering.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an office-based environment with occasional site visits as required.
