Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil works on-site, including structural elements, architectural finishes, and infrastructure components.
- Review, interpret, and implement engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, identify issues, and propose effective solutions to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and updates for project management.
- Support procurement by evaluating construction materials and confirming compliance with project requirements.
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 7 years of experience in civil construction, including finishing works and infrastructure experience in industrial or pharmaceutical projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishing standards, and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
