Requirements:

Educational degree:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Special training, technology use, and language skills:

  1. MS Office
  2. AutoCAD
  3. Civil codes and standards
  4. Primavera P6 / MS Project
  5. Project Management Certificate
  6. HSE/Quality

COMPETENCIES:

  1. Proficiency in civil and structural engineering concepts
  2. Understanding of soil investigation, foundation design, and concrete works
  3. Ability to interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications
  4. Quality control for materials (e.g., concrete, steel, rebar) and workmanship
  5. Reporting site progress and NCRs to the project team
  6. Liaison with consultants for inspections and approvals
  7. Strong site supervision and team coordination skills
  8. Monitoring work sequence and resolving technical issues on-site
  9. Ability to ensure safety, quality, and progress simultaneously
