Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Civil Engineer Industry: Construction Job Description: We are hiring a qualified Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction projects and the ability to manage site activities efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction site activities
Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Prepare reports, material estimates, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
3–4 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Valid driving license (preferred)
Good communication skills
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is an advantage
