Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Conduct effective site supervision and daily operations management
- Execute projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations
- Prepare reports, updates, and progress tracking documentation
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE construction industry
- Proven experience handling projects from A to Z
- Strong expertise in:
- Site Supervision
- Project Execution
- Quality Control
- Project Management
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards
- Ability to deliver projects on time with high quality
