El Hayek Contracting is looking for a Female Civil Engineer or Architect to join our team.

Position: Full Time

Location: Fanar

Start Date: Immediate


Scope of Work:

Preparing and reviewing shop drawings.

Drafting minutes of meetings and following up on action points.

Preparing quantity take off for projects and progress reports.

Generating detailed BOQs for different kind of projects.

Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for material pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Coordinating the submission of materials for consultant approval.

Conducting site visits when needed to take as-built measurements and coordinate with the site team.

Assisting with payroll and basic administrative tasks.

Coordinating with site teams and consultants when needed.

Supporting project documentation and filing.


Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

2-3 years of experience in a similar office role (fresh graduates are welcome if skilled)

Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and proactive.
