Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of water and wastewater network projects in compliance with design, specifications, and standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities (e.g., NWC and municipalities).
  • Manage contracts, invoices, project documentation, and reporting.
  • Lead and supervise project teams (engineers, technicians, and subcontractors).
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Support business development by sourcing and securing new projects.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by building long-term client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in water and wastewater network projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi standards and NWC contract requirements.
  • Proven track record in project management and successful project delivery.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and build strong project teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment.
