Mass Group is looking for

Civil Engineer Road Construction / Site Execution (Site-Based)
Location: New Cairo

Job Purpose:
Ensure the successful execution of road construction projects by managing all on-site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and presenting the company professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site civil works related to road construction.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Handle on-site challenges effectively and provide timely solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally in front of consultants and stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 4 5 years in road construction or site execution.
  • Language: Very good command of English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and equipment.

  • Excellent social and communication skills; able to interact confidently with consultants and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
