Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure civil works for substation projects comply with TAQA/DEWA standards, guaranteeing structural integrity and longevity.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments, identifying potential risks and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Review and approve civil engineering designs, drawings, and calculations, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with project specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring their performance and ensuring timely completion of civil works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction works of Substation projects up to 220Kv with TAQA/DEWA networks.

  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering

  • TAQA/DEWA competent person certificate for 132Kv and/or above substation Civil works.
