Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Work within multi-national teams.
  • Ensure the site complies with the guidelines of health and safety, and security.
  • Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
  • Quality control of work done at the site.
  • Act as the main technical advisor on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the role.
  • Technical Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • The ability to be organized and detail-orientated while flexible and adaptable when needed.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
