Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with strong expertise in concrete works to supervise and manage daily site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution of concrete activities such as formwork, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and concrete works on site

• Manage and coordinate concrete activities (formwork, rebar fixing, pouring, and finishing)

• Ensure concrete works are carried out as per drawings and specifications

• Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity

• Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and QA/QC teams

• Ensure proper curing, finishing, and quality control of concrete structures

• Monitor site progress and report daily activities

• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Resolve minor site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE

• Strong hands-on experience in concrete works (slabs, foundations, columns, beams, etc.)

• Experience in infrastructure, earthworks, or building construction projects

• Ability to read basic construction drawings

• Strong leadership and site supervision skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Physically fit and able to manage site conditions

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contracting companies in the UAE

• Knowledge of concrete curing methods and quality standards

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
